How to Install Voltra TV on Firestick & Android TV (All-In-One)

Troubleshooting Voltra TV

Ran into issues? Here’s what I’ve seen and how to fix it:

App crashes on launch Go to Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications → Voltra TV → Clear Cache. If that doesn’t work, try Clear Data (you’ll need to log in again).

No content loading after login Check your email confirmation first — the app won’t work properly until your account is verified. If it’s confirmed and still nothing, switch servers in the app settings or restart the application.

Slow performance or buffering This is usually a network issue, not an app issue. Try switching to a different server within Voltra TV, or connect your Firestick to your router via ethernet for more stable speeds.

Connection drops while streaming Enable your VPN before opening Voltra TV. Some ISPs throttle streaming traffic — a VPN hides what you’re doing and can actually improve stability.

Storage Management Tips
